Walking distance to Taj Mahal, helpful staff, friendly and polite, well-working air conditioning, TV with English channels.
Not one thing.

We did like the fact that the hotel was very clean - taking in account the average cleanliness in India - no complaints about sheets, the bathroom etc... We did like the location of the hotel: it is literally a 5 minutes texi ride to the Taj Mahal and restaurant Maya (best pick in town) Staff is very enthousiastic and almost overeager to help out...
The visa machine was said to be out of order, and we were asked to withdraw cash from the atm downstairs - upon our complaint that taxes are higher on cashwithdrawl than visa the machine suddenly worked... I suppose cash is easier to be kept hidden from your hotel owner or the government...

Good location close to the Agra Fort train station. This hotel was decent value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels: )

Convenient location with Agra Fort just a mile away, which was perfect for us 👌. Also, the room service was prompt and efficient.

Neat and clean a/c rooms, poor room service. Receptioniest/Front Manger was excellent,
Cant say a it as a hotel, its operated from a building's four story. Small elevator. Entrance is so small and dirty. But overall good for money.

Location is convenient, close to major attractions and easy access to public transport. The view from the balcony is decent and the restaurant on the rooftop is a good spot for a drink and a quick meal. The price is affordable, which is ideal for budget travellers.
The cleanliness of the room was really poor, with stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. The noise level was high throughout the night and the staff was not attentive enough.

Rooms were okay (our was not very quiet, because it was to the street)
Staff was not very friendly and when they were helpful, then just because of their own profit. We wanted to have a taxi for 4.30 am and they told us, that the price is 400 rp!!! Normal price would be max. 150 rp. We could then agree for a price for 300 rp but the taxi was not there in the morning... Also offered the staff a wake up call at 4 am - also this did not work. WiFi connection sometimes very bad - did not always work. On Booked.net is written, that the internet is free. When we arrived, the manager told us, that it is just free for 1 day, the 2nd day, we have to pay... He wanted to have 200 rp. Extra for this. Do not be stupid and pay for this, when they promise free internet. We talked to other guests - they made the same bad experience with the hotel as we did... So, you maybe better look for an other hotel in Agra, there are quite a lot of

The staff were very nice and very helpful. When we requested things they always tried to be helpful and give us everything we needed and were always very positive and interested in our well being. The breakfast staff were very kind and well mannered, they always made sure to help us. The wifi at the hotel was fast and efficient. The room was clean and clean linen, good choice in mini bar. The hotel was a bit far away from the main streets but i thought this was great as it was more relaxing to be away from the busy hassle of Agra.
I felt the staff were trying not to disturb us my coming around to clean and change the mini bar which was nice , but they need to be shy. If they get international people staying they can be sure that we love for them to come around.. When I asked the staff to do these things they did them straight away and cleaned the room very well so I was happy... This is not a complaint, I'm telling this to be encouraging :)

The room had a nice view of the outside and the bed was comfortable enough. the location was good and close to many tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and always available to answer questions.
The room was dirty and smelled old. the bathroom was worse, with dirty tiles and mold in the corners.

The staff was very helpful in every matter, the room was clean and room service was effective when needed - sometimes too active like in India very often is. Clerk even would arranged a rest room in hotel for us before our train departure in the evening, in addition for keeping our luggages in safe after the check out at noon.
Credit card machine didn't operate during the check-out...Instead we need to pay in cash. That amazed us, and didn't sound very believable. Didn't see the real point of this act.

Rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean.
Although it is stated in the description, they do not accept credit cards, only cash because the device is not working. My bill was overpriced! Tax is 10.15%, but since I was staying two nights they insisted tax is 20.3% (2x10.15%). After short math lesson they agreed that tax is actually 10.15%, no matter how many nights one is staying. I asked for receipt, no such was given, they just wrote the number on a paper. I paid and everything seemed fine. Out of a sudden in the middle of the night they woke me up to say that I owe them more money. Now tax was 12.5% and it is added not only to the room price but to the room service already used. It took me half an hour arguing in the middle of the night. I had late train to catch so finally I gave up and paid... And again no receipt was provided. I would not recommend this hotel. Either they seem totally ignorant of tax calculation or they are just cheating... In either case avoid them!
